Founder, Free Flow Yoga
Senior Yoga Teacher, Dip. Chinese Herbal Medicine, Dip. Vibrational Medicine, Holistic Acupressure Practitioner, Medical Qi Gong Practitioner.
After many years of feeling the incredible benefits of her yoga practice as a student, Zuzana completed her first Yoga Teacher training in 2012 and spent many years gaining experience and furthering her knowledge teaching a full schedule all over the Gold and Northern NSW Coasts, before making the beautiful Uki area her home and opening Free Flow Yoga in 2016. The vision was to create a community space where like minded souls would come tether regularly, removing themselves from the business of everyday life and learning the ancient tools of movement, breath and meditation medicine to return to a state of effortless Free Flow.
This is our natural state, the state of optimum health for our mind, body, energy and spirit. In this state we are empowered to not only help ourselves, but we can also give back to help our beautiful planet Earth and the events happening within it. Every cannot be destroyed, but it can be transformed.
Zuzana is passionate about sharing ancient yogic tools to transform negative habits, beliefs, and physical body patterns such as states of pain, tension, worry and disease, into a state of healing, balance and positive joyous energy. She enjoys working with students of all levels to allow them to explore their abilities and limitations, and advance their practice safely. Zuzana holds a 500hr Level 2 yoga teaching qualification from My Health Yoga, with whom she was blessed to facilitate multiple Yoga Teacher Trainings. Zuzana is currently undertaking her Bachelor of Clinical Sciences in Osteopathy at Southern Cross University that she began in 2017.
Her classes range from dynamic creative Vinyasa flows, strong challenging Power classes, to gentle, long stretching & releasing Yin classes. She is available for private yoga therapy and healing Medical Qi Gong sessions, suitable for those with injuries, limited mobility or simply those who wish to dive deeper into their practice.

"For me, teaching yoga has been a beautiful way of supporting people, giving people permission to stop and nurture themselves. My life has been blessed in so many ways, yet I've also struggled and faced many challenges, all of which I realise now have allowed me to feel a deeper sense of empathy and have inspired me to find ways to help facilitate change in other peoples' lives. I want to meet people where they are at and support them towards achievable goals for long-term change. Combing my skills in counselling, Ayurveda and Yoga have allowed me to be able to work with people in a holistic way, understanding them as a unique individual on a unique journey. Ayurveda has changed my life in so many profound ways and sharing this Ancient wisdom in a way people can relate to and apply in a simple way into their lives is something that I wam extremely passionate about."
