Owner & Senior Yoga Teacher, Free Flow Yoga.
For Zuzana, yoga means unity. A way of creating deep awareness and connection within all the layers of being. She believes that yoga should be fun, and each precious moment on the mat is an opportunity to practice being in the present moment, with no judgment or expectation of one self.
Zuzana began her yoga teaching journey in 2012 and is deeply passionate about alignment and functional anatomy. She enjoys working with students of all levels to allow them to explore their abilities and limitations, and advance their practice safely. She holds a 500hr Level 2 yoga teaching qualification from My Health Yoga, and is currently undertaking her Clinical Sciences Osteopathy degree at Southern Cross University. Teachers who inspire her practice and philosophy include Shiva Rea, Bryan Kest and Carrie-Anne Fields.
Her classes range from dynamic yet fun creative Vinyasa flows, strong challenging Power classes, to gentle, stretching & releasing yin classes and deep rest inducing healing restorative classes. She also offers private healing classes suitable for those working with injuries, limited mobility or simply want to dive deeper into their practice.
Zuzana is forever grateful to be able to share her love of yoga with others, and aims to inspire others to find and follow their path on and off the mat. True Self acceptance and gratitude is the gateway to true lasting happiness, the stepping stones can be found on your mat.

"For me, teaching yoga has been a beautiful way of supporting people, of giving people permission to stop and nurture themselves. Developing Tribal flow over many years (yoga/ dance fusion with live music) has just been an amazing way to of helping people express themselves and move with joy and freedom, this has taught me so much about the power of movement and music.
My life has been blessed in so many ways, yet like we all do I have struggled and faced many challenges, all of which I realise now have allowed me to feel a deeper sense of empathy and have inspired me to find ways to help facilitate change in other peoples’ lives.
I want to meet people where they are at and support them towards achievable goals for long-term change.
Combining my skills in counselling, Ayurveda and Yoga have allowed me to be able to work with people in a holistic way, understanding them as a unique individual on a unique journey. Ayurveda has changed my life in so many profound ways and sharing this Ancient wisdom in a way people can relate to and apply in a simple way into their lives is something that I am extremely passionate about.
